We are looking for a
Commercial & Sales Data Specialist 100% (m/f/d) – Zurich ZH
Your area of responsibility
- You support the Sales team in creating budgets and calculations
- You prepare data and analyses in an understandable way for Sales
- You familiarise yourself with cost structures and operational contexts
- Preparation of market and competitor information to support acquisition projects
- As a CRM Super User, you are responsible for data quality, user onboarding and continuous improvement process
- Creation of reports, forecasts and dashboards to support data-driven decisions in Sales
- You work closely with teams from Operations, Culinary, Procurement, Controlling and Sales
Your profile
- Completed studies or initial professional experience in business administration, controlling or operational experience
- Experience in gastronomy is an advantage
- Practical experience with numbers, calculations or analyses
- Solid Excel skills and motivation to further develop in this area
- Strong interest in the relationships between operations, costs and sales
- Structured and careful working style as well as enthusiasm for learning
- Team-oriented personality with an open, proactive and pragmatic manner
- Very good German & English skills, French is an advantage
You will work in a committed and friendly team in the beautiful and modern Service Centre in Kloten or remotely from home.
