Your tasks with us are
- ensuring holistic support, care and nursing of our clients at home
- documentation of nursing-relevant information and forwarding to the case-leading specialist
- collaboration with internal contact persons
- accompanying trainees in their training
- exchange of information with external bodies such as hospitals, general practitioners, pharmacies, etc.

- completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
