Construction Foreman: Road Construction
Your Contribution with Us
- Deployment as construction foreman/project manager in the field of road construction
- Carrying out work preparation and site organisation
- Observing and directing the construction process as well as site result controls
- Correct and timely quantity surveying and billing
- Responsibility for cost, schedule and quality compliance
- Supervision and coordination of employees
- Participation and shaping of innovation topics in construction (e.g. BIM)
What Counts for Us
- Completed basic training in construction with further training to become a certified construction foreman and/or engineer or equivalent qualification
- Experience as a construction foreman in the field of road construction
- Cooperative manner and enjoyment of teamwork
- Entrepreneurial action with high commitment
- Proficient in the use of common IT systems
- Strong sense of responsibility and can-do attitude
