We are recruiting: Recruitment Consultant (m/f/d)

As part of the expansion of our recruitment agency in Basel, we are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant with strong sales skills who actively contributes to expanding our client portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

• Expansion of the agency through active new client acquisition (by phone and field sales)
• Acquisition of new clients as well as maintenance and expansion of existing partnerships
• Analysis of personnel requirements and development of suitable solutions
• Recruitment, selection and placement of qualified candidates
• Management of assignments and ensuring the satisfaction of clients and employees
• Active participation in the further development of the agency

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in sales and acquisition (mandatory)
• Experience in recruitment is an advantage
• Independent, goal-oriented and proactive personality
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent German (mandatory) as well as intermediate French
• Good knowledge of the Swiss market, ideally in the Basel region
