About the job
For our clients, we are looking for temporary experienced payroll professionals to support the payroll department for a limited period and who will be employed by Humanis AG during their assignment. Two Temporary (Senior) Payroll Specialists, 80-100%
Your Tasks
- Assistance with processing the payroll run and, if necessary, the year-end tasks
- Collaboration in processing withholding tax and social security statements
- Notifications to social security and authorities (entries, exits, changes, salary data)
- Handling family allowances, compensation for loss of earnings and maternity benefits, etc.
- Processing long-term absences and IV coordination including salary reductions
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll
- Proficient in Swiss payroll accounting; taxes, social security and labour law
- Experience with a common ERP system, good knowledge of Excel
- Responsibility, independent working, a high standard of quality and an open error culture
- Native German speaker, any additional language is an advantage
The Company Offers
- Employment conditions: through Humanis AG on an hourly wage basis (42h/week and 4 weeks holiday)

- Home office: determined by the client, after consultation and personal acquaintance
- Work location: Bern and Zurich (different clients)
