Location: Hochweid Retirement Home, Sockenstrasse 124, 8802 Kilchberg ZH / Departments 1 and 2, mixed geriatrics

Working hours: 80% – 100%

Your role with us

You are a care professional and take responsibility for the care and support of our residents. You are a team player and work closely with our interdisciplinary teams. Together with us, you shape care that truly puts people at the centre.

What to expect

• Co-responsibility for person-centred care and respectful support of residents
• Active participation in care – close to residents and the team
• Quality and safety of nursing care during your shift
• Professionally correct implementation of care concepts, standards and vocational education guidelines
• We work with Spigura – Education and Health. You are our contact person.
• You are responsible for the practical training of assigned apprentices
• You ensure structured learning support and comprehensible training documentation
• You contribute to the further development of the training concept

What you bring

• Qualification as a certified nurse HF/FH or equivalent recognised training
• Independent and structured way of working
• Confident professional knowledge and sense of responsibility
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to work early, late and weekend shifts
