To complement our team in the Commercial Vehicles sector, we are looking for a technically skilled individual for exciting tasks in sales and order processing for the internal sales department.Do you have experience in vehicle construction and would you like to apply your technical knowledge in an exciting sales role? In our Commercial Vehicles division, you will find a varied and challenging role where you assess technical requirements, coordinate orders and act as an important link between our customers and production.

Your Tasks

• Sale of spare parts for vehicle bodies of the HESS Group
• Receipt and review of customer concerns as well as assessment of feasibility in collaboration with production management
• Preparation of quotations as well as preliminary and final cost calculations
• Technical and administrative order processing
• Execution, scheduling and support of orders in cooperation with the technical project manager and production manager
• Assistance in the preparation of customer documents, brochures and price lists
• Assistance in organising trade fairs and exhibitions

Our Requirements

• Completed basic training as a designer, bodywork tinsmith, vehicle locksmith or automotive mechatronics technician
• Professional experience in vehicle construction is an advantage
• Technical or commercial further training
• Several years of experience in a comparable role
• Proficient use of ERP systems and MS Office (ideally also knowledge of 3D-CAD)
• Very good oral and written German skills (French is an advantage)
• Strong sales flair
• Excellent organisational skills, assertiveness and a results-oriented working style
