Clerk Purchasing & Sales (80–100 %)

Your areas of responsibility

• Independent processing of purchasing and sales orders
• Care and advice for our customers
• Maintenance and updating of article and customer master data
• Recording and processing of changes in the online shop
• Support in the maintenance and further development of our online shop
• General administrative tasks in purchasing and sales
• Assistance with simple marketing tasks and sales promotions
• Small warehouse tasks as required

Your profile

• Commercial training or experience in purchasing and sales
• Good IT skills and confident handling of ERP systems
• Experience with SelectLine is an advantage
• Very good German, French, and English skills
• Experience in selling hardware or technical products is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and careful working style
• Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork
• Interest in digital sales processes and online shops
• Flexibility for various tasks
