Your Tasks
As an experienced HR professional, you proactively advise and support our managers in hospitality and gastronomy as well as cleaning and laundry in all HR matters, including attendance management. You are part of a dynamic team.
- You ensure the professional handling of all HR processes – from recruitment to termination – together with your colleagues in HR consulting.
- You contribute ideas and your experience to optimize our processes.
- You help to further develop our HR and the collaborative working environment.
Your Profile
- You have completed further training as an HR specialist or a university degree with a focus on HRM as well as solid professional experience in HR consulting.
- You are a service- and solution-oriented person who enjoys working independently as well as in a team.
- You actively and pragmatically handle changes, enjoy new things, and think conceptually as well as networked.
