Your Tasks
- You provide administrative support to our fabrication management.
- You organize meetings, workshops, and visits – managing not only appointments but also the content.
- You take care of the proper processing, updating, maintenance, and filing of information – whether in Explorer, on boards, or other internal tools.
- You help keep track of tasks and projects and bring structure to ongoing initiatives.
- You are the contact point for organizational questions regarding global fabrication and support the onboarding of new colleagues.
- You contribute to improving our processes and tools.
Requirements
- Completed commercial basic training or comparable education with an administrative and business focus
- Professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in an industrial environment
- Structured, reliable, discreet, and service-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of organization, communication, and coordination
- Proficient use of digital tools (MS Office, ERP, task management tools, etc.)
- Confident communication in German and English
- Independent personality with a sense of priorities and a high quality standard
