With over 1,000 colleagues, the IT department of Zürcher Kantonalbank develops most of its software in-house. In the DevOps team Yoda, you work on business-critical applications in payment transactions and contribute to the reliable processing of millions of payments and bookings daily. You operate in an environment with a modern tech stack, high automation, and plenty of scope for your ideas.
Your Responsibilities
- Further develop and operate our applications in payment transactions and customer reporting within the DevOps team
- Develop optimal solutions for our customers in close collaboration with IT and business departments
- Contribute your ideas and actively shape a motivated DevOps team
- Take on the Scrum Master / Agile Coach role in team Yoda
- Promote self-organisation, continuous improvement, and an open feedback culture within the team
- Support further automation of tests and processes to increase quality and efficiency
Your Profile
- Completed training or degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in software development, ideally with Java or Kotlin; knowledge of Angular is a plus
- Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in agile teams
- Enjoy contributing both in code and in the further development of the team and collaboration
- Empathetic and communicative personality with the ability to recognise challenges early and address them constructively
- Interest in modern DevOps practices, test automation, and monitoring
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
