Job Description
We are looking to strengthen our team as soon as possible with a
Maintenance & Technical Service Engineer (m/f/d)

Your main tasks:
- Carrying out repair, renovation and optimisation work as well as coordinating external specialist companies in consultation with technical management
- Inspection, maintenance and servicing of technical systems as well as monitoring commissioned service providers
- Ensuring the functionality of safety-related equipment and operating relevant building systems
- Supporting the technical department to ensure smooth operational processes
- Managing, storing and procuring work equipment, consumables and inventory
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements as well as supporting audits and documentation
- Independent, timely and professional execution of all assigned tasks
- Supporting the implementation of the technical department’s strategies and goals
- Continuous development of professional knowledge and skills
- Close collaboration with colleagues to ensure high guest satisfaction as well as professional handling of enquiries and complaints
- Willingness to participate in the technical on-call service
Qualifications
You bring the following:
- Completed vocational training in a craft (e.g. electrician, carpenter, plumber, painter or comparable)
- Ideally at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in building services engineering, preferably in the hotel industry (not mandatory)
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written, as well as strong communication skills
- SiBe/KOPAS certification is an advantage
- Experience in a similar position, ideally in hotel building services, is advantageous
- Passion for hospitality and excellent guest service
- Proactive hands-on mentality with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Detail-oriented, solution-focused and creative working style
- Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements
- Reliability, personal integrity and resilience in handling different priorities
- System affinity as well as openness to digital tools and new processes
- Open, positive personality and enjoyment of teamwork
