Alliance Transport AG is looking to strengthen our team immediately or by arrangement for an experienced dispatcher for container transport.

For this position, we are explicitly seeking a person who already has solid experience in container traffic and independently masters the processes.

Your tasks

• Independent planning and dispatching of our container transports
• Coordination and monitoring of daily transports
• Booking and management of slots and time windows
• Organisation of pickups and deliveries
• Coordination with drivers, customers, terminals and other partners
• Monitoring of appointments, transit times and transport orders
• Efficient deployment planning of our vehicles and drivers
• Handling of short-term changes and operational problem solving

Your profile

• Several years of experience in the dispatching of container transports
• Very good knowledge of the relevant container terminals, ports and transshipment stations
• Experience with slot booking systems and terminal processes
• Good knowledge of processes in combined road/rail transport
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Organisational talent and resilience even with high transport volumes
• Good communication skills in dealing with drivers, customers and partners
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
