Employee Spare Parts and Shop 100% (m/f)
What you can achieve with us
- Customer advice and sale of spare parts, accessories and small equipment in the shop
- Supply of mechanics with the required spare parts
- Compliance with processes, guidelines and principles (ordering, goods receipt, storage, sales, returns)
- Checking the monthly sales of spare parts to achieve sales and profit targets
- Creating invoices and processing creditors
- Ensuring order, cleanliness and safety in the spare parts department and in the warehouse and shop
- Submitting timely claims related to spare parts warranty and return claims to assert as many warranty claims as possible
- Coordinating the rental of rental equipment and its provision
What you bring to your task
- Technical basic training in agricultural technology or similar
- Commercial training is an advantage
- Good communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers
- Sales flair
- High independence, teamwork and reliability
- Good IT skills and enjoyment in working with MS Office
- Native German speaker as well as good French skills
