Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the operational process of 3 bus lines on behalf of Verkehrsbetriebe Biel, 1 bus line on behalf of the municipality of Leubringen/Magglingen and various PostAuto lines in Erlach, Plateau de Diesse, Biel and Krauchthal
You organise replacement transport services for clients in the region as well as across the EUROBUS group
You are responsible for the direct management of around 80 driving service employees in public transport
You take over the scheduling of all employees and vehicles
You lead the driving staff with the overarching goal of bringing our passengers safely, courteously and punctually to their destination
You recruit new employees with the support of the managing director

Your Profile

Experience in scheduling and team leadership
Advantage: Experience in public transport
Advantage: Category D with professional competence certificate or willingness to acquire Category D in the company’s internal driving school
Training in the commercial sector
Very good PC skills
Confident, efficient use of applications in the M365 suite
Confident use of AI tools
Clean criminal record certificate required
Very good German skills, spoken and written
Very good French skills, spoken and written
Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and on-call duties
Efficient and pragmatic working style
