Group Reporting Manager

Ready to transition from Audit into an international industrial environment?

On an exclusive mandate for our client, a publicly listed industrial group with worldwide presence, we are looking for a Group Reporting & Consolidation professional with a strong IFRS foundation.

You will join an international Group Finance environment where you can leverage your audit background while taking ownership of reporting, consolidation and group-wide finance projects.

Your Role

• Financial Reporting > Steering and review of quarterly consolidated financial statements, coordination of quarterly audits, and support of stock-exchange-relevant publications and internal reporting to the Group CFO and the Board
• Global Accounting > Further development and harmonisation of global accounting processes, including IFRS guidance and support for system and tool enhancements
• Consolidation > Management and coordination of the monthly consolidation process and maintenance of the group-wide consolidation system and reporting packages
• Project Management > Leadership of global projects focused on the enhancement of accounting and reporting processes as well as involvement in M&A and transformation projects

Your Qualifications

• Swiss CPA completed or in progress, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in External Audit within a Big4 environment, focusing on international industrial and manufacturing companies
• Solid IFRS knowledge and experience in project management
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Team player with a hands-on mentality
