• As Product Manager for the further development and management of defined Managed Services in the area of Modern Work & Workplace.
• You can create and present a business case to management based on all market facts, analysis results for the introduction of new products and Managed Services.
• Regular status checks and, if necessary, solution support with the technical development team are also part of your tasks.
• Creation of product positioning, market messaging and sales arguments for target segments, as well as their communication to support marketing and sales.
• Developing and communicating a company-wide go-to-market plan, leading collaboration with all necessary employees within the go-to-market team, and controlling implementation and execution.
• You support and challenge the Product Owner in the interest of the best solutions for our customers.

• Broad technological knowledge in IT, preferably at a Managed Service Provider.
• A university of applied sciences degree in business informatics or many years of relevant professional experience combined with professional and personal training in the above-mentioned areas.
• A strong customer orientation and sense of responsibility as well as the motivation to support UMB’s further development profitably.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology.
• Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Certifications in Product Management and ITIL are desirable.
