- Leading and developing a field sales team

- Setting sales targets and developing development plans
- Actively supporting the general agent in systematic market cultivation
- Conducting and ensuring comprehensive pension and financial advice
- Managing and expanding your own customer portfolio
Your Strengths
- Completed training in the insurance industry (certified financial advisor IAF or federal financial planner FA)
- Leadership and high motivation to lead pension advisors to success while also acting as a role model in sales
- Enthusiastic, engaging personality with strong sales and social skills
- High commitment with goal-oriented and well-organised working methods
- Communication skills combined with negotiation skills and strong customer orientation
- Market-oriented base salary
