We are looking for a Bakery Sector employee in Rapperswil immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks:

• Produce high-quality bread and small bread baked goods
• Various dough, table & oven work
• Preparations, portioning & setting up for the next day
• Compliance with HACCP guidelines (HACCP = Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
• Expert customer advice
• Taking customer orders

Your profile:

• Federal diploma as a baker or baker-confectioner
• Experience and product knowledge in a bakery, confectionery or large-scale distribution
• Careful working method and high sense of responsibility
• Customer-oriented approach and strong service commitment
• Neat appearance, good manners and very good German language skills
• Flexibility and enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good physical resilience
• Enjoyment of working in an open bakery (customer access)
