Your tasks
- You take responsibility for appointment management and ensure smooth coordination of all administrative processes.
- Personnel and professional leadership of the secretariat team also falls within your area of responsibility. You ensure structured collaboration and efficient workflows.
- In clinical daily routine, you actively contribute and perform, among other things, blood draws, depot injections, and ECGs.
- Additionally, you participate in ensuring and further developing quality management.
- Working on and actively shaping various projects is also part of your diverse range of tasks.
Your profile
- You have a solid education in the medical field, for example as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ (MPA EFZ), and ideally have further specialised professionally and/or in business administration.
- Thanks to your many years of practical experience, you bring sound medical know-how as a Medical Practice Assistant. Initial leadership experience is an advantage – as is the desire and potential to take on leadership responsibility.
- In a versatile and challenging medical environment, you can confidently and independently apply your expertise. You appreciate flat hierarchies, work on your own initiative, and actively contribute to the further development of the working environment.
- With your skilled and professional manner, you meet people openly, sociably, and appreciatively. Your pronounced social skills as well as your responsible and humane attitude distinguish you in daily dealings with patients and colleagues.

First day of work
