Your tasks
- Personnel and operational management of directly subordinate managers as well as their support and development of staff units
- Responsibility for material deliveries in goods receipt, internal distribution and storage of materials, picking of spare parts
- Picking and material provision for production processes in paced flow lines and individual workstations
- Participation in projects, problem solving and SFM
- Optimisation of logistics processes, embodying SYNCHRO principles and involving employees
- Responsibility for the sustainable assurance of standards and defined workflows
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
What we are looking for
- Completed technical degree or comparable training with business management further education
- Several years of proven leadership experience, ideally also in managing managers
- Sound experience in logistics, scheduling, planning, production organisation
- Entrepreneurially minded personality with strong leadership skills
- High customer and service orientation and assertiveness
- Very good communication skills and confident appearance
- Your very good English skills and openness to build trusting international relationships
- Ideally good SAP knowledge is desirable
