Health Specialist (Dementia Specialist Group)
Your diverse tasks
- You care for and support our clients in their own homes
- You promote independence and self-responsibility within the individual capabilities of the clients
- You carry out treatment care according to your competencies
- You actively participate in the Dementia Specialist Group
- Contribute ideas, experience and expertise in developing a new offering in the field of dementia
- You collaborate with various professional groups
- You perform administrative tasks
- You accompany our trainees FaGe/AGS in their daily work
Your competencies
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in the care and support of people with dementia is an advantage
- You are an open-minded and flexible personality who enjoys engaging with people
- You bring good communication skills and confident handling of mobile care documentation (smartphone)
- You think holistically, work independently and responsibly
- Driving licence category B or willingness to travel by e-bike
