What you can achieve
- Independent management of projects with a focus on execution and construction supervision
- Technical monitoring and quality assurance of construction services on site
- Schedule, cost and budget control throughout the entire execution phase
- Documentation of the construction process as well as communication with clients, authorities and project partners
- Participation in the preparation of specifications and coordination of execution planning
Your skills are
- Completed studies in civil engineering, geology or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the planning and/or construction supervision of sewage treatment plants or water management facilities
- Sound knowledge of construction and contract law (VOB/HOAI)
- Quick comprehension and a high level of commitment
- Courage to make your own decisions in conjunction with personal responsibility and discipline
- Language skills: German level C2
- Willingness to travel within Germany (only day trips)
