Rotating Receptionist (M/F)

The first impression is always the right one! As a Rotating Receptionist, you take care of our guests from their arrival to their departure, ensuring they have a memorable experience.

Tasks:

• Welcoming and directing guests, in person and by phone;

• Guest check-in and check-out, including billing and payments;

• Handling special requests and managing guest complaints;

• Managing the cash float;

• Participating in the daily administrative tasks of the reception;

• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and service quality.

Your experience and skills include:
Essential service quality: Minimum one year of experience in the hotel industry required.
Proficiency in Opera software or equivalent.
Fluency in English is mandatory.

Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
