• You coach the trainees and students during their placement
• You carry out the nursing process (including recording services, materials, and care) – supported by the hospital information system KISIM – and are committed to the ongoing optimisation of nursing procedures
• You support and accompany the vocational trainer and the daily contact person of the department in training matters and work together with HF/FH students and health professionals in everyday life
• As a member of the extended management team, you support and advise the department management on vocational training issues
• In addition, you share responsibility for the success of the department and are committed to the continuous improvement of nursing standards
• You prepare the work schedule together with the department management and the vocational trainers
• You mainly work early and late shifts

• You are a qualified nurse (AKP/DN II/HF/FH) and ideally have experience in acute care and already hold the SVEB-I certificate
• You have the flair to coordinate training tasks efficiently
• You bring experience in training qualified nurses and health professionals
• You are open to new things and motivated to contribute creatively to the training ward and enjoy working in a committed team
• The well-being of patients is at the centre of your work, and you treat people with respect and appreciation
• You can handle changing patient situations well
• You work independently, with quality awareness, and enjoy developing yourself further
• Your good German language skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile
