For our Dielsdorf location we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a
HR Assistant (m/f/d) 80-100%
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the HR management in all administrative daily business
- Creating employment contracts, confirmations, references as well as maintaining and managing personnel files
- First point of contact for employees, managers and external parties regarding administrative HR matters
- Administrative support of the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding and offboarding)
- Ensuring correct recording of hours and performance of employees
- Responsibility for preparing and coordinating payroll processes in cooperation with the external payroll office of the corporate group
- Support and coordination in the recruitment process
- Participation in HR projects and support in process optimisation
What you bring:
- Completed commercial training and further education as HR assistant
- At least 2 years of professional experience as an HR assistant
- Experience in an administrative HR function is essential
- Well-organised, precise and reliable working style
- Trustworthy and discreet person
- Very good IT skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and knowledge of Abacus
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
