Your role:
Within a dynamic team, you will be responsible for:
Cleaning common areas and maintaining technical installations (heating, electricity, sanitary facilities).
Maintaining and arranging outdoor spaces (mowing, pruning, leaf collection, etc.).
Ensuring the general good condition of the building and infrastructure.
Checking stocks of products and equipment.
Performing minor repairs on installations and devices, addressing malfunctions.
Collaborating with other departments to improve the daily life of residents.

Your profile:
You have good general knowledge, good computer skills, and a strong interest in this profession.
You demonstrate responsibility, autonomy, and rigor.
You are in good physical condition, able to adapt to early hours and manage stress.
