Become part of our Healthcare Mission and a member of our Finance Team as
Financial Accountant (60%)
As a Financial Accountant, you are responsible together with the Finance Team for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR/IFRS and ensure that our financial data is prepared reliably, completely and on time. You maintain the general ledgers, monitor and clear accounts, and are responsible for the posting and reconciliation of provisions and accruals. In addition, you jointly manage the accounts receivable management including credit management and dunning with another team member. The quarterly VAT returns as well as the annual sales tax reconciliation complete your range of tasks. With your expertise, you actively contribute to finance-specific issues and help to continuously optimise our processes.
Competencies:
- Commercial basic training with further education in the field of finance and accounting (e.g. Federal Specialist Certificate in Finance and Accounting)
- Experience in independently managing financial accounting as well as in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (balance sheet secure)
- Sound knowledge of the general ledger as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable management, ideally complemented by experience in VAT matters
- Analytical thinking, high self-motivation, strong quality awareness as well as a structured and reliable way of working
- Experience in SAP FI as well as very good user skills in Excel and enjoyment of teamwork
