As a Sales Consultant in Aesthetic Medicine, your main task is to professionally accompany new clients from the first contact. You are responsible for the reception area, appointment scheduling, maintaining sales reports, and coaching the team.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcoming and supporting new clients during consultation sessions as well as professionally presenting our services.
• Answering customer questions with competence, empathy, and persuasiveness.
• Creating individual quotations and successfully closing sales discussions.
• Conducting telephone follow-ups and implementing measures to increase sales figures.
• Training and coaching team members in sales, customer approach, and consultation quality.
• Assisting in planning and optimising the schedule to ensure high utilisation and an excellent customer experience.
• Monitoring and analysing sales figures, preparing reports, and regularly liaising with management to define appropriate measures.
• Promoting a strong sales culture within the clinic through regular training and consistent customer focus.

Your Profile

• Professional experience in sales or customer service.
• Enthusiasm for the aesthetics industry and enjoyment in dealing with clients.
• Quick comprehension and ability to quickly familiarise yourself in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and customer advisory skills with a professional and empathetic manner.
• High motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets, combined with proven persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Independent, structured working style as well as team spirit.
• Organisational talent and ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
