Deployment Coordinator (90-100%)

What to expect:

• In our deployment coordination team, you work exclusively during daytime from Monday to Friday
• You are the contact person for employees, clients, and external services for planning and coordination questions
• You ensure optimal and economical planning of customer deployments (rough and detailed planning, organization and updating of daily planning)
• You are responsible for the admission of new clients (preliminary clarifications, organization of materials and deployment planning)

What you bring:

• Completed training as a health specialist EFZ or medical practice assistant (MPA)
• Professional experience in deployment planning
• Great organizational and planning talent
• Very good IT skills and flair for modern communication tools
• Independent, responsible way of working
• You remain calm and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Open-minded, customer-oriented personality
