Your tasks
Improvement of processes in outpatient and inpatient service recording
Maintenance and development of a service monitoring system for transparent management of revenues
Project management for initiatives in the area of tariffs
Evaluation of new outpatient services together with the line management and controlling
Definition of processes in outpatient service recording (e.g. new consultation hours, new tariffs)
Co-responsibility together with the head of patient administration for the configuration of tariffs in the ERP system
Advising hospital management and medical services on questions regarding service recording and billing

Your profile
Commercial basic training (EFZ) and further education or alternatively a business administration degree FH / University
Very good knowledge of Office programmes (especially Excel)
Experience with ERP programmes (Microsoft Dynamics NAV advantageous)
Experience in insurance or hospital patient administration
Project management experience advantageous
5 - 6 years of professional experience desirable
