Night Watch Staff Care

• Accompanying our residents and taking responsibility for the residential group at night (21:00 - 07:00).
• Meeting the individual needs of our residents.
• Maintaining the electronic resident documentation.
• Contributing to and further developing our processes and actively bringing in ideas.

• Training in the care sector (e.g. SRK) is an advantage – career changers are also welcome.
• High social and self-competence with pronounced empathy and openness to new things.
