We are looking for a motivated person for our finance team in Montlingen, starting immediately or by arrangement, as
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK (M/F/D) 80%
Your tasks:
- Operational processing from invoice receipt to payment (accounts payable)
- Processing of incoming invoices (paper format and electronic) in the workflow
- Preparation of the weekly payment run
- Monitoring of travel expense accounts and support with travel expense reports
- Deputising for accounts receivable accounting
- Supervision of apprentices in the accounts payable department
- Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and OR
- Participation in fixed asset accounting and other projects
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training as well as further training as an accounting clerk or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in the financial accounting area of an international company
- Structured, precise and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance
- Very good German and good English skills are required
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with SAP
