For our tibits in Zug, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an upbeat and passionate gastronome to strengthen our team. With a lot of dedication, you are responsible for your team & our guests during your shift. You enjoy professionally & personally supporting your team. Together with your team, you bring a smile to our guests' faces. To professionalize your barista skills, we occasionally offer external barista courses to put them into practice right away.Your colorful buffet:
- Operational responsibility & troubleshooting for the operation during your shift
- Scheduling, leading & coaching about 4 employees per shift
- Active participation in daily operations
- Preparing daily accounts including daily closing
- Daily completion of minor administrative tasks
- Ordering & goods receipt including delivery note control
- Recording the monthly inventory
