Partner Assistant with Paralegal Tasks (80-100%)
- In a young and dynamic secretarial team, you ensure first-class service for our clients as a motivated personality together with our lawyers.
- Management of the secretariat, together with another employee
- Legal know-how management
- Support of the consulting team in client care
- Correspondence in German and English
- Processing of authority and court submissions
- Visits to authorities
- Appointment coordination and organization of business trips
- Management of filing, dossier maintenance, and other administrative tasks
- Invoicing (including electronic invoicing systems)
- Organization of internal firm seminars
- Leadership and organizational talent
- Commercial training or high school diploma, ideally supplemented by further training (e.g., Paralegal, Executive Assistant)
- Professional experience in a comparable environment
- Confident German and very good English skills
- Confident handling of all MS Office programs
- Service-oriented, team-capable, and helpful personality who keeps a cool head even in hectic times and is used to working precisely
