Tasks
- Unterstütze Klient:innen in ihrem Alltag und fördere ihre Selbstbestimmung.
- Gestalte Freizeitaktivitäten und helfe bei alltäglichen Aufgaben.
- Leite Mitarbeitende in den Ateliers und unterstütze bei Arbeitsaufträgen.
Skills
- Du solltest Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung haben.
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Offenheit für flexible Arbeitszeiten.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Teamgeist sind wichtig.

About the job
The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative day-care centres.
Apprenticeship as Specialist Caregiver EFZ, specialising in People with Disabilities from August 2027
Every day is different. Every encounter counts.
Cooking together, planning and carrying out excursions, supporting work in the studio, or simply listening: during your apprenticeship, you accompany people with disabilities in their daily lives.
Step by step, you learn to take responsibility. Throughout your journey, you will be accompanied and supported by your team and your trainers.
HOW?
- You accompany people in living, working, and leisure activities.
- You plan joint activities and contribute your ideas.
- You support people where they need help in everyday life.
- You observe strengths and needs and learn to promote people individually.
- You exchange ideas within the team and gradually take on more responsibility.
- You assist people with personal care. We will carefully, respectfully, and step by step show you what is important.
- You work two years in a residential group and one year in a studio. This way, you can get to know both areas.
