Company Description

At four locations in Switzerland, we treat and recycle hazardous waste to prevent its dilution or release into the environment.
Job Description
- Operation of various feeding systems (solid, pasty, liquid and gaseous special waste) as well as control of our hazardous waste incinerator
- Operation of the process control system (standby duty)
- Execution of various preparatory tasks such as sorting and transferring waste
- Carrying out various repair and maintenance tasks
- Supporting other areas during staff shortages
Qualifications
You bring:
- Completed mechanical vocational training (e.g. as a locksmith, mechanic or plant operator)
- At least two years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Experience in welding and pump overhaul is an advantage
- SUVA-recognised forklift licence for thermal and electric forklifts is an advantage
- Willingness to work in a 7-day shift system, including public holidays
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
