About the job
In this role, you ensure compliance with the required product quality through inspections according to the established specifications: verifying customer requirements as well as identifying and forwarding possible deviations so that they can be sustainably eliminated.
The main tasks are as follows:
- Carrying out product inspections according to the inspection order.
- Responsible for timely quality inspection.
- Conducting root cause analyses in case of quality deviations using DMAIC, 8D report, A3 methodology, and DoE.
- Establishing quality standards and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Proposing quality-improving measures.
- Evaluating and compiling statistical data.
- Maintaining and updating the inspection evidence archive.
To manage these tasks, you bring:
- Completed technical vocational training
- At least a basic qualification in quality management
- Strong sense of responsibility, quick comprehension, and independence
- Analytical thinking and pronounced quality awareness
- Error-free working style in a dynamic environment
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
