The Ilgenhalde site is one of our three institutions. It offers school, residential care, and therapy for children and young people aged 4 to 20 in Fehraltorf. For one of our 7 residential groups, we are looking to strengthen the team immediately or by arrangement with a

• Supporting the team leader in the professional, organisational, and economic management of the residential group according to the foundation’s mission statement and concepts
• Accompanying the children and young people in their daily lives
• Creating a structured daily routine and an active living environment for the children and young people together with the team
• Providing empathetic support to children and young people with sensory impairments on the autism spectrum
• Close coordination with the team for a shared educational approach and to jointly manage everyday challenges
• Workload: 80-100%
