Your new tasks

• You independently take over the recording and monitoring of orders, delivery dates, and purchases
• You ensure deadline control and tracking of SAP orders and guarantee timely delivery
• You handle shipping processing (domestic and international) and prepare invoicing
• Project management in the areas of provisions, adherence to deadlines, system delivery, VAT, and customs lies in your hands
• You process repairs and returns and support the sales team and project management
• You work closely with goods receipt and dispatch and take on tasks in accounting (for example, creditors)

Your talents and experience

• Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by further education in supply chain management
• SAP knowledge (SD/MM module) is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in order processing or project management
• You are communicative and a team player, as well as customer-oriented and quality-conscious
• Your working style is independent and structured
• You have a secure command of German in spoken and written form; additional languages such as French or English are a plus
