Job Description
The Position
As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Day Operator to strengthen the safety and operational compliance of our production sectors. Reporting to the Production department, your mission revolves around four main areas:
- Work permits & lockout — Manage the issuance of electronic permits (ENABLON / e-permits), establish lockout plans and validate specific permits.
- HSEQ Referent — Work in tandem with the sector HSE coordinator, conduct safety audits and ensure incident follow-up.
- Technical documentation — Keep RI diagrams up to date, develop procedures for non-routine operations and ensure document compliance.
- Work & project coordination — Prepare and coordinate complex work, act as intermediary between external companies and Production/Maintenance teams.
Qualifications
Required
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as chemical/pharmaceutical production technologist or equivalent technical field
- Minimum 5 years of production experience + CFC, or 15 years of site experience
- Confined Space Training level 3 (EC 3)
- Proficiency with e-permit tools (ENABLON) and RI diagrams
- Excellent knowledge of site HSEQ directives
- Leadership, autonomy and strong writing skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams
