Food Technologist (m/f/d)

Full-time / permanent

The MMM starts with you: Become part of a team that combines tradition and innovation and bring what drives us: genuine passion for food.

Your tasks include:

• Fermentation and processing of microorganisms
• Drying and further processing of microorganisms
• Production of mixtures according to specified recipes
• Various laboratory activities, such as cell count determination
• Packaging in various containers and independent warehouse management, such as processing orders and goods receipt
• General administrative tasks (planning/evaluation of experiments and data)

What you bring with you:

• A completed apprenticeship as a brewer/cheesemaker or a university degree as a food technologist
• About 3 years of professional experience
• Initial knowledge of microorganisms
• Familiarity with terms such as BRC, Halal, FDA, GMP
• Interest in further developing products and processes
• PC literate, ERP (M3 or similar) already known
• Good German skills, ideally English skills
• Structured and self-organised
• Desire to develop towards product development and technological customer consulting
