Technical Custodian

For a new mandate at an important sports center in the Lugano area, we are looking for an internal/external resource to fill the role of Technical Custodian with experience in technical and infrastructure management.
The selected person will be responsible for routine maintenance, repairs, and operation of the facilities, ensuring the quality of the services offered.

Tasks:

- Technical and infrastructure management (maintenance and repairs)
- First intervention in case of breakdown and repairs
- Daily operation of facilities and spaces
- Management of warranties and technical documentation
- Technical on-call duty
- Management of small projects
- Management of tickets from A to Z using the FMS@ISS tool
- Invoice management
- Conducting resources and operational coordination
- Ensuring service quality
- Possible role as SPOC (Single Point of Contact)

Requirements:

- Diploma in a technical field AFC (electrician, electromechanical, refrigeration technician) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in technical and maintenance tasks
- Good IT skills (ticketing and documentation management)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Aptitude for resource and project management
- Availability to work on weekends and perform technical on-call duty
- Knowledge of German is a plus
