• Personnel management, promotion, and development within the framework of company policy and annual goals
• Conducting employee qualifications
• Planning and coordinating worldwide commissioning processes
• Technical support of international Stadler fleets
• Preparing offers and calculations for global projects
• Independent fault finding and troubleshooting as well as static and dynamic commissioning of rail vehicles
• Planning and execution of type tests and initial approval of vehicle systems
• Contact person for customers, suppliers, and internal interfaces

• Technical or personnel leadership experience
• Completed vocational training as an automation technician, electronics technician, or electrical fitter, possibly with a higher technical college (HF) or university of applied sciences (FH) additional qualification
• Experience in commissioning rail vehicles is an advantage
• High technical and analytical interest and understanding
• Independent, reliable, and quality-conscious working style
• Assertiveness to successfully represent concerns even in demanding situations
• Willingness to travel (20%) to support our national and international customers
