YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Personnel management, promotion, and development within the framework of company policy and annual goals
- Conducting employee qualifications
- Planning and coordinating worldwide commissioning processes
- Technical support of international Stadler fleets
- Preparing offers and calculations for global projects
- Independent fault finding and troubleshooting as well as static and dynamic commissioning of rail vehicles
- Planning and execution of type tests and initial approval of vehicle systems
- Contact person for customers, suppliers, and internal interfaces
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Technical or personnel leadership experience
- Completed vocational training as an automation technician, electronics technician, or electrical fitter, possibly with a higher technical college (HF) or university of applied sciences (FH) additional qualification
- Experience in commissioning rail vehicles is an advantage
- High technical and analytical interest and understanding
- Independent, reliable, and quality-conscious working style
- Assertiveness to successfully represent concerns even in demanding situations
- Willingness to travel (20%) to support our national and international customers
