Head Chef 100%

In this role, you are not only responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen but also shape the food culture of our professionals of tomorrow.

Your tasks

Professional and personnel management of the kitchen area including daily responsibility for production and processes

Planning and preparation of meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) including special diets (allergies, intolerances)

Organisation of the daily operational process as well as active participation in production

Ensuring compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP, SIBE)

Co-responsible for inventory management, orders and cooperation with suppliers

Promoting open, team-oriented communication within the team

Collaboration with management, service, housekeeping and administration to ensure smooth operations

Co-responsible in the area of (goods usage, portioning, food waste)

Responsibility for order, cleanliness and functionality in all kitchen and storage areas, guest room.

Training of new employees in the kitchen area
