Your area of responsibility
- Acquisition of sales mandates
- Marketing of mandated properties
- Valuation of real estate
- Representation of Swiss Life Immopulse in the real estate sector
- Brokerage of pension transactions and mortgages (cross selling)
Your strengths
- Several years (at least 2 years) of proven experience as a real estate agent
- Very good knowledge of German, additional national language(s) advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, strong sales competence and consistent customer orientation
- High social competence, empathy and ability to work in a team
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent, goal- and performance-oriented way of working
- Resilience, sociability and confident appearance
