Ready to actively drive construction and infrastructure projects at Migros Industry? If you have experience in planning and construction management of new builds and renovations and confidently manage interfaces, we should get to know each other.
What you will achieve
- Management and realisation of investment projects in the area of infrastructure and buildings
- Planning and realisation of our in-house bakeries throughout Switzerland
- Planning and construction management activities for new builds/renovations such as calculation, feasibility assessment, tendering, awarding, coordination
- Conducting demanding analyses and meetings with the responsible departments
- Assisting with budget preparation in the area of infrastructure/construction
What you bring
- Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF)
- Specialisation: in the field of construction, infrastructure or building services engineering (HVAC)
- Professional experience: Solid experience in infrastructure and buildings
- Experience in project management
- Versatile interest in infrastructure and building services engineering topics
- Experience with CAD drawing tools
- Knowledge in sustainability, energy and energy management
- Flexible and team-oriented person with a proactive, solution-oriented working style and customer-focused, holistic thinking and acting
- Willingness to travel occasionally within our locations in Switzerland
