HR Generalist

- Preparation and management of employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documents
- Management of the entire onboarding and offboarding process
- Maintenance and management of employee master data and personnel files
- Processing of accident and sick reports as well as verification of medical certificates; administrative support for long-term absences
- Monitoring and maintenance of time management
- Contact person for supervisors, employees, and management in the areas of labor law,
- Participation in the optimization and consolidation of HR processes Your profile:
- Completed commercial training and further education in Human Resources Management
- Trainer course is an advantage
- Independent, reliable, and precise working style combined with quick comprehension
- Self-responsible work as well as a high degree of teamwork
- Empathetic, flexible, and solution-oriented personality
- Very good MS Office skills; solid Abacus knowledge is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in HR administration; experience in payroll and social and personal insurance is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good French skills are an advantage What we offer you:
