Your Task

In this role, you will provide resident-oriented, high-quality care together with a motivated team. You will care for and support elderly people individually and according to their needs.

You are part of a well-coordinated care team and contribute to ensuring that our residents feel seen, understood, and well supported.

Specifically, this means:

• You support and accompany elderly people in their daily lives individually and according to their needs
• You work closely with colleagues from care and support to actively contribute to high-quality, resident-centred care
• You reliably document your work in the electronic care documentation (Carefolio)

What You Bring

• Completed training as Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA or several years of experience as a Nursing Assistant SRK
• Practical experience in the care or support of elderly people
• A respectful attitude, patience, and genuine interest in people – for irregular working hours
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing (at least level B1) for secure communication with residents, relatives, and the team
