Profile:
The Nursing Service of the Regional Hospital of Bellinzona and Valleys employs about 500 collaborators, distributed across the various departments in the two locations (Bellinzona and Acquarossa) in a context of Relationship-Based Care.
Necessary requirements
She is collaborative and has a good predisposition for teamwork.
She has good organisational skills and is able to manage her own work independently, paying particular attention to compliance with order and procedures; she is also dynamic and proactive by nature.
Good knowledge of IT tools completes the profile.
She believes, as we do, in the importance of putting the patient and their family at the centre of all our attention and is personally and actively dedicated to her continuous improvement.
